To stay competitive in all-star cheerleading, athletes (except LEVEL ONE and EXHIBITION) must have all level-appropriate skills, plus two ADVANCED and one ELITE skill. If you are an EXHIBITION athlete, you only need to select the LEVEL ONE form.
